Supply continuity

Stocking programs

A stocking program turns a large production run into scheduled releases. You commit to an annual or seasonal volume, we hold the inventory, and you draw against it as your line requires.

How it works

We agree a specification, an estimated annual volume, and a release schedule. Production is planned against that forecast so material is already made and available when you call it off, instead of starting a lead time with every purchase order.

When it makes sense

Programs suit repeat specifications with steady or seasonal demand: a bag you run every week, a pail you buy every month, a bulk bag tied to a production campaign. One-off or experimental specifications are usually better handled as straight orders.

Key points

  • Volume pricing on the committed quantity
  • Scheduled releases instead of order-by-order lead times
  • Less capital and floor space tied up at your plant
  • Buffer stock against demand spikes and supply disruption
